Meet your dedicated Melita People Ops Leader & People Ops Coordinator
Your assigned People Ops Leader and People Ops Coordinator are responsible and accountable for the following:
- Provide managers with guidance on addressing and documenting poor performance and absenteeism, including creating and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Provide managers with guidance on addressing behavioral issues and misconduct, including creating and implementing Behavior Improvement Plans (BIPs)
- Advise client contacts on impact of FMLA and ADA on absenteeism and performance
- Provide client contacts with guidance on complying with various state Sick Leave laws
- Provide client contacts with guidance and support with Reduction in Force / Lay-offs / Furloughs
- Advise and assist client contacts with company policy interpretation and enforcement
