Your assigned Payroll Specialist is responsible and accountable for the following:

- Complete foreign entity payroll registrations as needed
- Implement and configure country-specific payroll software
- Manage entire process for registering to establish payroll in each new country
Payroll Processing & Management
- Manage entire payroll processing lifecycle including new hires, pay changes, terminations, etc.
- Provide reports as needed by finance and HR teams
- Ensure government notices and filings are completed as required
International HR Setup & Support
Your assigned International HR Specialist is responsible and accountable for the following:

HR Setup
- Create and maintain Employment Contract template
- Advise & implement paid time-off policies
- Create and maintain employee handbook
Administration & Support
- Ensure new hires complete onboarding tasks
- Process new hire, terminations, life event changes for benefits and pension
- Access to an HR expert via email or phone for all HR issues
- Updates to HR compliance document templates as needed
