People Ops Leader

Benefits Advisor

Your assigned People Ops Leader, Compliance Specialist, and Benefits Advisor are responsible and accountable for the following:

Implementation Assistance & Support

Act as client liaison for entire implementation process
Attend implementation calls/meetings
Provide guidance on best practices for employee handbook, leave policies, etc.
Project manage to ensure implementation remains on track and on schedule
Ensure client contacts understand PEO technology, client support contacts, HR contacts, etc.

Compliance Specialist

Employer Support & Guidance

Assist with issues or problems with PEO services and support
Provide guidance and assistance with complex HR issues
Annual benefits analysis comparing current PEO costs and coverages with alternative market options

Employee Support Advocate

The Employee Support Advocate Team is responsible and accountable for the following:

Benefits Coverage & Eligibility questions
Help with benefits enrollment decisions
Insurance Claims Assistance
Payroll questions and changes
Employee portal tech support
Available M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
