Your assigned People Ops Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the following:

New Hire Onboarding

  • Initiate background checks on all new hires
  • Administration of new hire process including setup of onboarding portal, assignment of tasks, and follow up to ensure employee has a fast and painless experience
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation video calls
  • Assign and track mandatory employee training courses

Terminations & Changes

  • Prepare termination paperwork including mandated notices and deliver to client contact
  • Conduct exit interviews and/or exit surveys
  • Manage entire process for employee changes such as pay, manager, title, benefits, etc.
