Your assigned People Ops Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the following:
New Hire Onboarding
- Initiate background checks on all new hires
- Administration of new hire process including setup of onboarding portal, assignment of tasks, and follow up to ensure employee has a fast and painless experience
- Conduct New Hire Orientation video calls
- Assign and track mandatory employee training courses
Terminations & Changes
- Prepare termination paperwork including mandated notices and deliver to client contact
- Conduct exit interviews and/or exit surveys
- Manage entire process for employee changes such as pay, manager, title, benefits, etc.
