- Work directly with executive leadership to help design and plan the strategic roadmap for the HR function of the business
- Perform an initial audit/assessment of current culture and employee engagement levels to determine strategic priorities
- Work with executive leadership to develop HR goals and priorities, and define budgets and resources needed to achieve goals
- Recurring monthly meetings with executive leadership to discuss goal progress, new developments, trends, business updates, etc.
