Meet your dedicated Melita International Specialist & People Ops Coordinator
Your assigned Melita International Specialist and People Ops Coordinator are responsible and accountable for the following:
- Provide country-specific benefits and compensation benchmarking data
- Create and maintain all employment documents and templates such as Employment Contract, new hire paperwork, termination paperwork, etc.
- Provide support to client contact for basic HR issues such as sick leave, sensitive terminations, etc.
- Create and maintain employee handbook
- Assist with creating paid time-off policies
- Ensure new hires complete onboarding tasks
- Process new hire, terminations, life event changes for benefits and pension
