- Review & process all new leave requests
- Communicate directly with employees and managers regarding leave details
- Recommendation of approval/denial of leave requests to employer contact
- Prepare all required leave documentation
- Review leave documents with employees and assist them with understanding the leave rules and requirements
- Complete claim forms when applicable
- Manage all required employee communications and provide support to employees on leave
- Track all active leaves and schedule follow up activities where applicable
- Communicate with employee, manager, and payroll for return to work
